Harry Morjigian, has over ten years of professional IT experience. Originally an Application Developer, Harry has worked on many platforms from the DEC VAX systems through the latest Operating Systems and Languages to date. Harry founded Tera Partners in the Fall of 2001. His vision was to provide IT solutions to small and mid sized companies at a reasonable cost without sacrificing quality or performance.

In 2002, Harry managed, and engineered a 400 desktop Windows 2000 rollout for Health Partners of Philadelphia. This project involved engineering a standard Windows 2000 desktop, building Active Directory, rolling out the new standard to all 400 employees as well as engineering a migration from their existing Exchange 5.5 email to Exchange 2000.

With a diverse background in programming, systems and networking, and project management, Harry will help keep Tera Partners on top of technology and delivering excellent service to their clients daily.

Joe Torrieri, is a veteran in the consulting industry with more than ten years of experience. He has demonstrated expertise in the project management of medium to large scale network operating system implementations, migrations and deployments. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of multi-server local and wide area networks.

In 2002, Joe managed the cc:Mail to Exchange 2000 Migration for the New York Blood Center. Joe was responsible for ensuring the project timeline and budget while overseeing the design of the Windows 2000 Active Directory and Exchange 2000 Messaging Architecture.

In 2001, when GMAC Mortgage moved into the banking world, Joe led a team of engineers as the project manager for the design, implementation and deployment of network services for the GMAC Bank.

Strong familiarity with networks of all sizes and key project management abilities, Joe possesses the experience Tera Partners desires.

Darren Saxton, a veteran of the dot .com explosion, brings a vast knowledge of systems and advanced networking strategies to the Tera Partners' Team. As project lead for the Windows 2000 deployment team at Buy.com Inc, Darren directed an enterprise-wide Windows 2000 desktop deployment including system hardware upgrades and user data migration.

In 2002, Darren revised Fax.com’s remote location configuration for their fax broadcasting engine. Darren was responsible for the design and implementation of their new fax broadcasting platforms at locations throughout the United States.

Familiar with both large and small networks, Darren provides the expertise that is required by Tera Partners' clients.
